Booking Confirmation

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of credit card details.

We accept Master Card or Visa and require name, number and expiry date. 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is cancelled after deposit paid, the deposit is non-refundable. 

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the full period charge.

We will make every effort to re-book the suite.

We recommend travel insurance

Check in 3.00pm to 6.30pm unless by prior arrangement.  PLease notify us if you  would liek to amke alternative arrangements
